1 x 250 ml Cream ( fresh or long life)
100 ml Kahlua liquer
Mix all chocolate sauce and Kahlua liquer together and heat in microwave for 5 minutes.
Add Cream , don't heat again. Stir gently.
Serve with ice cream
Variations:
Serve a scoop of ice cream on top of a Brownie
