Best Chocolate and Strawberry sauce

Chocolate and Strawberry Liquer Sauce:

1 x Chocolate Granage Cake or any favourite
1 x tray Strawberries
150ml Cherry / Strawberry Liquer
1/2 a slab of chocolate- dark chocolate
4 tbl sp Castor  sugar
Vanilla Ice Cream
Flake chocolate










  • Wash and slice the strawberries.
  • Melt the chocolate in a Double Boiler.
  • Add the castor sugar, Liquer and a few chopped strawberries.
  • Heat until boiling point, stir gently on low heat for max 5 minutes.
Serve on individuale serving plates with a slice of
  • Granage Cake,
  •  2 scoops of vanilla Ice Cream,
  • Strawberries
  • Flake
Pour the Chocolate and Strawberry Sauce generously by taste.
                 Serve.
