1 x Chocolate Granage Cake or any favourite
1 x tray Strawberries
150ml Cherry / Strawberry Liquer
1/2 a slab of chocolate- dark chocolate
4 tbl sp Castor sugar
Vanilla Ice Cream
Flake chocolate
- Wash and slice the strawberries.
- Melt the chocolate in a Double Boiler.
- Add the castor sugar, Liquer and a few chopped strawberries.
- Heat until boiling point, stir gently on low heat for max 5 minutes.
Serve on individuale serving plates with a slice of
- Granage Cake,
- 2 scoops of vanilla Ice Cream,
- Strawberries
- Flake
Pour the Chocolate and Strawberry Sauce generously by taste.
Serve.
